About

One relationship.
Every stage of growth.

Strategic Results Group is the operating partner for businesses too big to hire another freelancer and too small for a Fortune 500 advisory firm. We are family-owned, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and we work with SMBs across the United States in the $1M to $50M revenue range.

We started SRG because the way most growing businesses get advisory help is broken. Consultants who don’t execute. Tech vendors who don’t understand the business. Back-office help that operates in a silo. Tax advisors who file but don’t strategize. Every owner ends up assembling a Frankenstein of relationships, and the integration cost measured in time, attention, and missed opportunities is enormous.

SRG is the alternative. Six capabilities, one relationship, one team. We act as the operating partner the owner doesn’t have time to be strategic when strategy is needed, executional when execution is what’s missing, and accountable to outcomes either way.

Founder

Rich Kelly

Founder. Operating Partner.

Rich Kelly has spent his career building, running, and advising growing businesses. Before founding SRG, he led [prior company / role], where he focused on [scope of work]. He’s seen the same problem from multiple angles as an operator, as an advisor, and as the person on the call when something needed
to be fixed by Friday.

That experience is what makes SRG’s model work. Most advisory firms hire consultants who’ve never actually run a business. Most operating partners have never had to advise across capabilities. The combination is rare, and it’s the reason SRG can do both.

Rich lives in South Florida with his family. He’s the publisher of The AI Owner, a weekly publication on how growing businesses can adopt AI without breaking what’s already working.
